You will be responsible for...



    • producing deliverables to enable seamless interpretation and execution of complex software platforms
    • deliverables include wireframes, blueprints, sitemaps, user flows, and case scenarios
    • ensuring all deliverables meet standards of quality in terms of usability, intuitiveness, consistency, and business metrics
    • working collaboratively with visual design, content, client-side and back-end technology, and business owners
    • clearly articulating and presenting strategic content issues and tradeoffs




If you have...



    • 4+ years of experience
    • ability to conduct user research via methodologies such as usability testing, profiling, and prototyping
    • strong comprehension and execution of user-centered design practices
    • strong experience in information architecture and UX design with a strong business acumen
