Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Mentors and develops Graphic, keeping staff motivated and enthusiastic being available to critique their work to maintain consistent creative quality
  • Conducts continuous performance reviews of Graphic Designers
  • Work with Creative Director to address performance, workflow, and quality issues and develop long-range plans for the creative group
  • Lead the Designers in development of daily concepts and execution
  • Assure that all Designers are trained, and where needed, mentored to maintain the standards and expectations of the brand to meet their own career goals
  • Provides detailed direction to Designers
  • Manages the visual executions of brand
  • Understands and can manage cross platform – email, DM, digital, video, print, etc.
  • Strong experience leading photography shoots
  • Working with Creative Specialist:
    • Assist in utilization and workload management
    • Ensure best designer is suited for each project based on ability and workload
    • Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the creative team
    • Ensure that deadlines and budgets are met
