Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design functional and non-functional test automation strategy and processes
  • Develop and implement project Quality Assurance Plans.
  • Mentor teams and ensure they follow established testing processes and tools
  • Serve as key point of contact for and collaborating with the QA, Dev, DevOps, Cybersecurity and, UX COEs around best practices, new concepts, ideas, and techniques
  • Create and maintain a CI/CD maturation roadmap complete with measurable Key Performance Indicators
  • Identify, collect, analyze and report on quality metrics

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to adjust priorities based on changing situations. Able to handle several priority projects at once.
  • Advanced ability to evaluate test results and resolve problems.
  • Able to coordinate testing activities within and outside the team.
  • Experience with and working knowledge of current and emerging industry trends and techniques with respect to Quality Engineering and Assurance, Performance, Security, Test Automation, Continuous Integration and Delivery, and related elements of a highly automated software delivery pipeline.
  • Working knowledge of applicable technologies, applications, systems, frameworks, and languages.
