  • Sr Business Analyst with Agile experience, particularly as a Product Owner
  • Responsible for working with Product SME to define and prioritize Features and Stories
  • Responsible for writing story requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Will lead the business interests in backlog grooming and sprint planning
  • Will represent the Product in Program Planning sessions

 

Responsibilities:

  • Experience working as a Product Owner on large-scale projects, involving B2B, data-intensive desktop applications.
  • Extensive experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Expert knowledge of writing and grooming stories, breaking stories down into consumable subtasks, and identifying necessary enablers.
  • Expert organizational skills in grooming prioritizing and arranging the story backlog.
  • Working knowledge of story tracking and project collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence
  • Working experience creating and collaborating on technical documentation for data dictionaries, design/functionality requirements, acceptance criteria, information architecture diagrams, and process flows.
  • The Ability to identify pain points - and then build strategies, action items and solutions that address these issues. Converts constructive feedback into positive, tangible results.
  • Excellent communication skills: Possesses the ability to deliver and effectively convey new information and requirements from business stakeholders to the team.
  • Proven expertise with UI/UX design and strategy, in a senior-level/managerial capacity
  • Basic working knowledge of prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc
  • An understanding of front-end development languages and best practices (HTML5, CSS, JS, Json, etc), in order to effectively strategize with development team and Dev leads
  • A firm understanding of responsive design best practices and familiarity with popular responsive frameworks like Bootstrap
  • Ability to help guide UI/UX strategies for converting data-intensive desktop applications to mobile friendly interfaces.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility.
  • A team player who is focused on and prioritizes the success of the entire team.
