Job Description:

  • Collect, organize, interpret and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Utilize Tableau, Alteryx, and Microsoft SQL Server environments to deliver automated end-to-end analytics and reporting to internal and external users.
  • Utilize the team s JIRA. Confluence, and Git environments for documentation and accountability of deliverables.
  • Ensure reporting and analytics deliverables meet user s needs by scheduling demos, training sessions, and soliciting frequent feedback.
  • Prioritize issues and enhancements for dashboards based on value and time sensitivity.
  • In collaboration with business teams, establish best practices for data entry and define logic to relate disparate data sources.
  • Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing for database enhancements.
  • Propose changes to database logic to better align with reporting needs.
  • Learn and use new media tools, technical tools, and processes as the need arises.
