Job Responsibilities

  • Uses in depth knowledge of SharePoint to come up with solution designs for requirements from the business.
  • Deeply understands the following SharePoint concepts for solution designing - lists, sites, site collections, themes, pages, security, search, content types, taxonomy, web parts, templates, document libraries, SharePoint administration.
  • Brainstorm different approaches with the SharePoint Architect and other developers to come up with technical approaches to solving business problems
  • Works with guidance from SharePoint Tech Lead/Architect.
  • Development and deployment of solutions using .NET and C#.
  • Provide support for the entire user base of the company Intranet.

Skills / Knowledge

  • Understands all the different technologies that are used for SharePoint development - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web API, JSON, .NET, C#, SQL, Web Services, and PowerShell.
  • Understands SharePoint Configuration / Administration for development.
  • Experience in developing SharePoint 2013 sites using App Model
  • Ability to write and execute PowerShell scripts to maintain SharePoint.
  • Experience working with single page applications.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, My Sites, SharePoint User Profiles and how they integrate with SharePoint.
