Required skillsTerraform, Git/bitbucket, AWS

 

general sys admin, Linux OS administration tasks.
proficient with terraform, git/bitbucket and aws services cloudformation, ec2, s3, cloudwatch, lambda, redshift, rds, systems-manager.  
General knowledge dns, load balancers and network components to assist with Fault Tolerant deployments.
Working knowledge in the CI/CD space, assistance in building out and refining current development pipelines. (Jenkins a plus)
Development of monitoring and configuration management scripts. 
Assist in Development of automated regression tests, continuous integration.
Operations around existing Infra Provisioning(terraform/cloudformation), support admin tasks such as creating manual backups of rds, redshift, or restoring per project needs.  Patching, Stop/Start ,upgrading ec2 servers, manage from OS level and PaaS configurations. (ansible/ systems-manager)
Languages: Python, bash/shell, SQL
Familiar with Immutable infrastructure concepts, Working knowledge of Containers, ECS/EKS/Fargate aws services a plus. Else Mesosphere. Docker, packer, etc.
