Job Description

Consult with technical staff and develop technical solutions, advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact to other business processes/system priorities 

Identify impact of system shortfalls and provide immediate communication to affected parties on problem resolution 

Work with the IT team to estimate the work associated with projects 

Partner with various IT functions to remain appraised of project status and inform customer and IT Management of progress 

Works with business partners and vendors to analyze new work requests for All of IT and add required content to help evaluate and size the request 

Work with the business partners and vendors to translate business requirements into high level IT tasks 

Work with the IT teams to provide high level sizes for work requests 

Participate in process enhancement efforts, including liaison with the IT team, helping develop specifications, testing and validation 

Interview customers to identify business needs and requirements 

Document business needs and requirements in PMO tools 

Monitor Key Performance indicators for Compliance of Service Level Agreements (SLA) within IT and vendors 

Audit and Report Compliance violations
