POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

This position is responsible for installing, supporting, and maintaining a global network infrastructure spanning 90+ countries with over 350+ locations. The individual selected must be fully qualified in all aspects of LAN, WAN, Network Security Administration, hardware and software technical support and analysis, communications and network systems analysis, and configuration management. The individual must be competent to work on highly complex assignments and perform a full range of technical support activities. Must be able to make timely decisions based on experience, department guidelines, and company policies.

Performs a variety of evaluation, maintenance, and installation to ensure the network performance meets company and user satisfaction. The Sr. Network Engineer will help drive the network engineering planning, designing, and developing of Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs) across the organization. Analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required. In addition, install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize network hardware, software, and communication links.
