Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Design, develop and implement highly-scalable, extensible, and easy-to-maintain solutions for end-users of the Salesforce platform
  • Gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on the Salesforce.com platform. Responsible for documenting, reviewing and approval of Business Requirements Document and Functional Specification with Key Business Stakeholders
  • Responsible for Workflow, Gap and Impact analysis, user stories, test case development and functional design. Provide analysis thru all phases of SDLC.
  • Manage releases from development sandbox to production environments
  • Support and train end-users as well as, develop and maintain documentation
  • Documentation of current business process and their underlying systems/applications to lead to implementation of improved process measuring KPI?s.
  • Demonstrating experience with taking intelligent risks and leveraging a ?test and learn? mentality
  • Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines
  • Ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automation, and timely delivery
  • Research problems discovered by quality assurance or product support with a strong sense of ownership and develop solutions to address the problems
  • Document functionality and changes to the system
  • Create workflow diagrams to document current and future business environment.
  • Performs gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management control of work flow.
  • Communicate effectively in formal presentation settings, utilizing various tools including proposals, presentations and status reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct ongoing project status meetings and escalate potential risks and delays to management
