Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

            We're looking for someone to join our team as a Quality Analyst who:
Coordinates the implementation and maintenance of departmental information system and serves as a system resource specialist in support of the operational goals of the department. Designs, analyzes, documents, implements, tests, and manages existing programs, reports, and dictionaries. Coordinates upgrade enhancements to existing programs.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Customer Technology Managers on the creation and execution of a project's test plan.
  • Perform QA and UAT testing of new development and change requests.
  • Provide improvement recommendations on ongoing operational processes.
  • Assist team members with data validation and verification.
  • Support the Customer Technology Managers by working with them to identify, troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Ensure that thorough documentation exists and is maintained for ongoing operational processes.
  • Track quality control issues across projects and follow up with Customer Technology Managers to ensure resolution

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use query tools and understand relational database structures and web site development.
