Job Description
  • Consultative mindset – ability to lead the team for this program
  • Hands on experience in leading the Implementation, configuration and connection with the financials for these modules
  • Should have minimum of 10+ years exp in IT mainly on ERP products.
  • Good functional knowledge on Core HCM, compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Expense modules
  • Should have at least 4 years experience in WorkDay HCM with time tracking, expense, compensation, payroll modules
  • Hands on Business process configuration, EIB, Reports creation with tools- report writer, BIRT, worklets/Dashboards, Analytical reporting
  • Should have very good experience of requirement gathering,building, testing of workday reporting for large customers.
  • Implementation or Support projects experience is a must.
