Job Description
  • Supporting the team responsible for the implementation of the SAP TM and EM, supporting first line technical requirements to meet business and/or customer SLAs;
  • Read, comprehend and maintain understanding of functional documents in respect of the TM-EM implementation project;
  • Work collaboratively with customers and team members, both functional and technical, when necessary to gather technical requirements and produce technical specification documents thereof;
  • Develop and test requirements for TM-EM integration per specified standards;
  • Deliver on time relative to the deadlines, and communicate status updates, incidents, production changes to work orders, etc. to project technical lead against project milestones, including escalation if there are delays or any issues so requiring;
  • Utilizing BOPF framework to build reports catering for the development requirements in TM
  • Configuring the integration between TM and EM; Being able to map Business Process Types to Application Object Types; Creating Event Handlers on EM; Building of Custom BPTs to meet the business requirements.
