The RPA Sr. Developer / Architect will be responsible for performing technical analysis and building automation scripts using Automation Anywhere.

This individual will work with the business analyst and process architect team to understand requirements, perform rapid technical feasibility and gap analysis, participate in bot journey mapping and mvp definition, document the analysis outcome and, create technical specifications as needed, and perform the technical implementation of the bot. Periodically, this individual will also be expected to travel to our project sites to participate in onsite process assessment for RPA qualification.

Our team follows an agile scrum approach to delivering bots and expects that person in this role will already be familiar with agile delivery and scrum concepts and be willing and able to self manage. This role will take ownership of the assigned use case and drive the implementation with little to no supervision over the course of 2 week sprints.
