Job Description:

    • Work closely with and under the supervision of the Customer s teams and stakeholders responsible for automation using Blue Prism Automation software
    • Create Technical Design Documents (TDD s) for processes to be automated to include technical process requirements and process mapping (if applicable)
    • Perform BOT Development to include object modeling/process creation, system and business exception handling, work queue configuration, monitoring, maintenance and Integration
    • Train BOTs on new functionality and features as required
    • Work closely with Customer to develop/validate and execute Test plans and test cases
    • Create, as required, Blue Prism standard documentation detailing Automation process
    • Determine the estimated level of effort (LOE) required to develop Blue Prism automation(s) for business areas as requested by Customer
    • Participate in and contribute to deployment activities inclusive of Pre and Post Release activities and review/contribute to approval procedures to include pre-deployment planning, production release documentation, debug/analyze production issues related to Blue Prism automations delivered by and change management
    • Perform Production support handover by adhering to the process laid down by CarMax team
    • Provide weekly status reports on work performed
    • Create process status reporting
    • Participate in team ceremonies including daily update stand-ups, planning sessions and retrospectives
    • Timely escalation of any issues/show stoppers requiring Customer team intervention and resolution
