  • Must be energetic, inspiring, self-driven, hard-working, results-oriented and solution-minded!!
  • Must be comfortable and eager to perform in a leadership role and demonstrate exceptional self-awareness, self-regulation and continuous positivity under all circumstances.
  • Must enjoy working with customers and being driven by customer expectations.
  • Must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be willing to travel approximately 15% of the time on average, including occasional travel abroad. Some periods of travel will fall above and below the expected average, and average travel estimate cannot be a condition of hire.
  • Experience with retail inventory solutions, competitors and associated technologies a plus.
  • English required, multi-language a plus.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence a plus
  • Background in software development a plus
  • The ability to build queries against both SQL and NoSQL databases a plus
  • Experience with RFID technologies a plus
