<h2 class="jobdesc">Job Description</h2> <p><strong>Principal Responsibilities</strong></p> <ol> <li>Collaborate with business leaders to understand data needs and appropriately plan reporting across various datasets</li> <li>Collaborate with Consumer Marketing in their development of statistical models and analysis of trends across data sets</li> <li>Determine meaning of data and explain to business leaders how it can be leveraged against our corporate strategy</li> <li>Work with vendors in data analysis, report designing and master data management and integration</li> <li>Identify and help recommend new ways to measure business improvement from ticket sales, patron conversion and retention</li> </ol> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ol> <li>At least 2 years of experience in a data analyst or other relevant role</li> <li>Experience working with analytical and modeling tools like R, Python, Spark, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, cognos</li> <li>Ability to identify useful information in data sets and suggest conclusions that support decision making</li> <li>Understanding of data gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling/diagramming techniques</li> <li>Strong programming experience with frameworks including XML, SQL and ETL</li> </ol>
