Job Description
  • Assist planner group in development of key recurring reports and processes utilizing tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau and Excel.
  • Support planner group on key category initiatives and evaluation of business cases through consolidation of data, building statistical models and creation of data sets.
  • Develop statistical modeling to support the decision making in areas of Marketing including campaigns/promotions, forecasting, budgeting and innovation.
  • Identify industry trends. Perform competitive analysis and financial benchmarks. Coordinate competitive price surveys. Procure and analyze samples as needed.
  • Audit databases (SAP ERP, JDA Assortment and Space Planning) to ensure accuracy of cost, retail, unit of measures and hierarchies.
  • Support the Category Planning and Development team on strategic projects and initiatives, including but not limited to:
    • Finance and Marketing joint business discovery on key areas of opportunity.
    • Enterprise Productivity and Marketing process improvement.
