Preferred Skills but not a must:

  • Spark/Scala Potential conversion to Full-time resource.
  • Write code for a range of simple to moderately complex system designs. Write programs that span platforms. Code to and/or create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
  • Write code for enhancing existing programs or developing new programs
  • Review code developed by other Developers
  • Provide input to / drive programming standards
  • Write detailed technical specifications for subsystems. Identify integration points
  • Report missing elements found in system and functional requirements to other Developers, BAs and SAs, plus able to explain impacts on subsystem
  • Consult with other Developers, plus BAs, SAs and vendors to some degree
  • Scope time, resources, etc., required to complete programming projects. Seek review from other Developers, SA and/or Project Managers on estimates
