Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute automation smoke, feature & regression tests
  • Be part of an Agile team, participate in all Agile ceremonies & activities and be accountable for the sprint deliverable
  • Participates in process reviews and daily scrums to inform the development of products and resolution of defects
  • Works with customers and PDI staff to audit requirements, identify quality problems, improve operational processes, and support the development and implementation of improved quality reporting measures
  • Participate in Release/Iteration planning, smoke, feature and regression test planning
  • Review code with your peers for testability, supportability and look for full unit test coverage
  • Write feature use cases in BDD to drive the creation of automated and/or manual test cases
  • Designs, prioritize, and implements test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures
  • Supports quality related bug investigations and trending activities, tracking components, diagnosing issues, and recommends corrective actions
  • Develops and executes test cases to diagnose issues and bugs, creating test data and documenting issues from identification to resolution
  • Adheres to ‘best-practice' standards as well as departmental policies and procedures
