Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

 The objective of this work is to continue efforts to modernize and enhance the IT capabilities while maintaining a reliable, stable, and secure operating environment. In support of the operational success of IT solutions, we are looking for business analysts to understand the business requirements/objectives to provide technical solutions that meet the organization's needs. Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct requirements elicitation with stakeholders
  • Analyze data and draw business-relevant conclusions
  • Create requirements/process documentation e.g., requirements traceability matrix, business process flows
  • Collaborate with other team members and across teams to understand dependencies and integration points

 Personnel will be required to undergo a clearance process (public trust).
