Job Description
  • Provide computer network engineering and information technology support for all MTC exercises and events and provide technical expertise on exercise network architecture applying new theories, concepts, and developments in communications and computer systems.
  • Design and engineer communications and computer networks to transmit data using Cisco products, and hardware encryption devices. Network support will include LAN/WAN circuit connections, local VLAN management, route management using dynamic routing protocols, and VoIP support using Cisco Unified Call Manager.
  • Integrate Windows, Linux and Solaris computer systems, servers, secure and non-secure voice, video, and data circuits, using public, private and multicast IPs.
  • Provide dedicated LAN/WAN/VTC/VOIP technical support at MTC facilities & ensure NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance.
  • Provide technical integration solutions and recommendations for exercises and events, to include networks and computer systems layout and setups for Mission Command Systems/Simulations Integration.
