Job Description

Role:
The Data Analyst strengthen our use of data across the organization, increasing access to relevant information, running timely, high-quality analysis, and leading change in response to evidence. The Data Analyst will report to the Director of Data.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teachers, principals and executives to identify their data needs and build tools to solve their problems
  • Create interactive dashboards off our data warehouse using cloud-based business intelligence tools
  • Respond to requests for data from our teachers and leaders with actionable and efficient reports
  • Develop new data connections to custom sources and improve our data transformation
  • Maintain our data infrastructure, monitoring job completion and data quality
  • Collaborate with our academic team and schools to understand and act on data
