SKILLS    

  Strong analytical skills focused on creating optimal solutions.

  Candidates should be familiar with standard SAP provided BI business content.

  Strong understanding of technical concepts, principles and terminology.

  Ability to communicate effectively across many different levels of technical and business areas.

  Ability to work in a team environment with both employees and consultants.

  Strong ABAP HCM programming and technical configuration skills in SAP. This includes

     HCM configuration and developing/enhancing ABAP Web Dynpro – FPM.

  Must have ABAP programming experience for different modules like HR, MM, FI etc.

  Experience on developing Adobe Forms is required.

  EP Portal Development skills preferred.

  SAP HR Workflow knowledge required.

  Able to adapt to new emerging technologies within SAP.

  Understand the business strategy of a particular function/area and works with the team to define business requirements.

  Work at the highest technical level of competence for all phases of /SAP client/server enterprise application activities.
