SKILLS
● Strong analytical skills focused on creating optimal solutions.
● Candidates should be familiar with standard SAP provided BI business content.
● Strong understanding of technical concepts, principles and terminology.
● Ability to communicate effectively across many different levels of technical and business areas.
● Ability to work in a team environment with both employees and consultants.
● Strong ABAP HCM programming and technical configuration skills in SAP. This includes
HCM configuration and developing/enhancing ABAP Web Dynpro – FPM.
● Must have ABAP programming experience for different modules like HR, MM, FI etc.
● Experience on developing Adobe Forms is required.
● EP Portal Development skills preferred.
● SAP HR Workflow knowledge required.
● Able to adapt to new emerging technologies within SAP.
● Understand the business strategy of a particular function/area and works with the team to define business requirements.
● Work at the highest technical level of competence for all phases of /SAP client/server enterprise application activities.
