Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reverse engineer unwanted Android applications to understand their behavior and their impact on the Android ecosystem.
  • Design solutions that enable automatic identification of harmful or unwanted Android applications and conduct investigations to identify new harmful behaviors, enforce product policies, and analyze distribution trends.
  • Improve tools or automation systems by influencing key stakeholders with data and analyses and enhance operational workflows via process improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups such as Engineering, Sales and Legal to increase automation, update policies, fix product loopholes, and provide users with a better mobile experience.
  • Help define and implement team strategies for key service areas.
