Job Description

 Responsibilities:



    • Ensures all configurations in Workday are made to the system based on signed off requirements from the business and assist the testers in complete testing of the Workday system.
    • Reviews table information to ensure data integrity; edits input documents for accuracy and monitors output for system problems; and is responsible for integrity of corporate database.
    • Administers systems security ensuring users are granted only access for which they have been approved.
    • Implements systems upgrades provided by vendor and trains/or communicates to users and changes in functionality.
    • Assists Corporate and plant personnel as well as outside vendors in identification of needs and develops/tests programs and retrieval language to satisfy those needs.
    • Acts as consultant regarding system capabilities; and represents Human Resources in design and modification efforts works with outside consultants and internal IT staff.
    • Tracks all inquiries/errors in the system; periodically analyzes the data to identify trends; and reports to manager findings and recommendations for improvement.
    • Acts as liaison with Business Stakeholders on all system related issues.
    • Revises and executes production schedules for routine and specific report requests and turnaround documents and prepares ad hoc reports as requested.
    • Maintains up-to-date Users Manual and distributes to appropriate personnel.
    • Prepares and distributes regular reports to various Management Personnel as well as for governmental agencies.
    • Directs HR users in data entry activities, reviews work and advises of errors.
  • Trains Human Resource personnel in the use of HRIS modules as well as Reporting Tools.
