We are looking for an advanced level Java developer to help manage over 41 complex applications and the development of new complex applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong Java skills and will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration, communication, and ongoing inspiration by working with various teams across the organization, from business analysts and product owners to development and QA. This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a design engagement. The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment. You must be skilled at sharing creative and intelligent ideas through detailed analysis, integration of the industry's best practices, and the creation of wireframes that communicate the requirements and stories effectively and thoroughly, as well as have expertise in agile development methodologies.
