Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong administrative experience with Microsoft server software and operating systems in an Enterprise environment (~20,000 users)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration
  • Strong administrative experience with SCCM, SharePoint, Active Directory, Exchange Online, etc.
  • Strong technical experience configuring, installing and maintaining IT network systems, sub-systems, servers,switches, and other associated Data Center equipment and systems
  • Strong experience with Ethernet network topology, firewalls, routers/switches and wired/wireless infrastructures
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
  • Experience using and creating PowerShell scripts or other general Windows scripting
  • Experience debugging, supporting and configuring multiple infrastructure platforms
  • Working collaboratively with technical staff to insure a smooth overall workflow process to insure excellent customer service
  • Strong customer service/interpersonal skills
