Job Description
  • Lead for technical Workday projects.
  • Design, development, implement and maintenance of integrations for Workday HCM and Talent Acquisition. Support additional HR technology; Expertus LMS, Safeguard, ServiceNow, ADP (Payroll).
  • Build Workday integrations; (EIB, Core Connector, Studio)
  • Utilize Workday packaged integrations – and cloud connectors, to simplify development.
  • Knowledgeable in XML, XSLT, SOAP, JAVA, SQL, HTML, Workday Report Writer/Calculated Fields, Workday HCM.
  • Build web services applications to support data exchange.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and plans.
  • SDLC knowledge, support release planning and change control.
  • Analyze and classify change requests, identifying and documenting scope of change and impact on other interfaces.
  • Participate in walk-throughs which review program specifications, source code, and all technical supporting documentation, providing feedback in accordance with department standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and execute test plans, while documenting results that will thoroughly exercise program logic to ensure program/application performance with regard to business requirements.
  • Administration of Workday security including modifying existing or creation of new, where applicable, to Domain Security Policies, Security Groups and worker role assignments.
  • Support clients on HR related applications, including processes and integrations.
  • Consult with implementation partners to design, build and deploy complex integration issues.
  • Coordinate new releases, research, test, and apply applicable updates as Workday announces upgrades and platform enhancements. Review new functionality.
  • Process expert in the area of third party integrations.
  • Develop and maintain technical and project documentation.
  • Support Workday configuration efforts.
