Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

State Farm, a Fortune 50 company is seeking to hire (1) Research Data Analyst in our Property & Casualty Actuarial Research Unit to: 

  • Perform data collection activities for research projects and information requests
  • Resolve data issues
  • Write basic code
  • Assist with the exploratory data analysis, predictive modeling and data mining solutions to actuarial problems
  • Apply their knowledge of workstation tools related to actuarial analysis
  • Ability to adjust and adapt to changing priorities and ability to manage multiple work statuses and timelines
