Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple cross functional and/or strategic development projects including testing and quality assurance
  • Lead and coordinate internal resources, partners and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
  • Develop and own relationships with key stakeholders, working with them to optimize and enhance our sales tools and processes
  • Work alongside internal Sales Operations, Sales, Product and Marketing organizations to optimize system quality and operational efficiency
  • Develop in-depth awareness and familiarity with issues and events affecting internal Sales Operations, Sales, Product and Marketing organizations stakeholders
  • Design, document and maintain system processes
  • Define detailed configuration specifications and business analysis requirements to support effective delivery of systems projects
  • Identify common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to Sales Operations and development teams
  • Proactively identify operations process improvements and execute changes to deliver better value to the internal customers
  • Breadth of the analyst support role encompasses all sales systems tools used by Sales Operations, Sales, Product and Marketing teams.
  • Provides front line support for inquiries, issues and requests related to systems supported by the Sales Operations team.
