Job Description: 

As a Business Analyst, you combine a love of data with both insightful business judgment and strong communication skills to develop and execute our growth initiatives. This role, which interfaces with customers, product managers, and developers, will allow you to develop your technical and consultative skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digging into data, possess a firm understanding on what the data is showing and have a knack for articulating the findings to others.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating client meetings and coordinating functional discovery with external and internal stakeholders
  • Identifying and capturing customer process pain points and best practices
  • Building a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagement
  • Translating business requirements into use cases, activity diagrams, wireframes and functional specifications
  • Resolving business problems with both technical and non-technical solutions
  • Collaborating with developers to establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance
  • Performing testing and QA on web applications
