Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced metrics, reports and dashboards to drive a deeper understanding of business and support sound, data-driven decision making
  • Conduct analysis, identify opportunities based on the findings, provide recommendations and collaborate with internal business areas to support the execution of these recommendations
  • Identify ways to better leverage data & analytics across the organization
  • In collaboration with the rest of the BI team, manage key functions of the CRM and Cloud Marketing system, including execution of campaigns, data collection, segmentation, lead scoring and lead distribution
  • Build customer profiles, predictive models, sales projections and other data analysis projects as needed
  • Support internal CRM users, answer questions, provide training and help-desk like assistant; work with vendor(s) to resolve any issues proactively
  • Contribute to best practice documents by continually looking for process improvements and new features to share with team members
  • Deliver ad-hoc projects, analysis, and other duties as assigned
  • Participate in special projects or other related duties as requested.
