Job Description

Essential Functions:

1. Perform accurate and complete data extraction and reports from electronic health record data warehouse to meet project and program requirements

2. Display an understanding of data elements in the warehouse and perform quality checks on datasets to ensure completeness and accuracy of results

3. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor and improve clinical, operational, and financial measures

4. Manage and maintain multiple streams of data

5. Utilize data visualization tools to communicate data visually

6. Provide statistical support for agency quality improvement, grant and program evaluation, and research activities

7. Design and perform statistical analyses, such as regression analyses and predictive analytics, in response to agency needs and priorities

8. Support the Director of Data Management in the day-to-day management of the data department, defining departmental priorities and developing and guiding improvements of departmental processes

9. Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1. 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare, of complex administrative or clinical data.

2. Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines

4. Ability to solve complex problems

5. Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible in taking on various projects

6. Proven ability to present technical information to internal and external stakeholders

7. Ability to deal responsibly with confidential information
