This role is responsible for managing enterprise-wide Salesforce.com (SFDC) platforms and programs for Honeywells Digital Customer Experience organization and its customers. This role leads cross functional teams to both complete projects and execute SFDC strategies at the enterprise level, which may be leveraged by any /all Honeywell businesses. Responsible for providing solution leadership for all currently available modules of the Salesforce.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, Knowledge, Chatter, etc). Responsibility also includes working closely with off-shore / outsourced resources for applications development, support and optimization.
