Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides an understanding of the ERP HCM applications as a subject matter expert.

Consulting in partnership with other IT staff to assist data mapping, extracts and validation in support of the Enterprise HR community.

  • Define extract strategies and design extracts from legacy system(s) into required format.

Work with developers to build and modify extracts during conversion cycles as needed.

  •       Assesses business requirements and prepare data mappings.
  •       Details requirements for HR data to support the conversion efforts. Clearly articulating details to ensure understanding by development staffs and customersalike.
  •       Assist in coordinating data collection as applicable.
  •       Execute the data cleansing strategy and plan.
  •       Analyze and cleanse data files. Facilitates meetings with business stakeholders to validate information.
  •       Execute conversion cutover and deployment tasks.
  •       Assist in test defect triage.
