5+ years of experience in IT Operations and monitoring technologies (CA Spectrum, Microfocus, Unified Infrastructure Management, Riverbed / OPNET, Splunk, AutoSys, Mainframe JobTrac, Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail) 3+ years of experience with agile methodology and delivery mechanism. 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow usage and navigation and reporting 3+ years of experience in scripting and programming using JAVA, Phython, Perl Soft Skill: Verbal and Written communication, Time management, customer service orientation, multi-tasking, self-motivated and team work Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and field experience. Certification in ITIL and other technologies preferred Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and field experience Ability to work in shifts to support round the clock operations

Key responsibilities*
Enable automation using bots and programming / scripting languages based on requirements and exception handling capabilities. Work in a agile manner to gather user stories, sprints to deliver automation capabilities for IT Operational needs. Develop test scripts to validate the automation capability delivered to support IT Operations and System health check validations.
