Job Description





Performs a variety of general administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group or customer. 


Core hrs: 0900-1500. Coordinate in-processing of new staff and contractors to include access requests. Submit visitor request and escort visitors. Update SOPs as necessary. Maintains office calendar and schedules meetings and coordinates conference rooms to accommodate. Will serve as accountable property executive administrator for 70+ personnel. Asked to procure property and ensure equipment is properly maintained and updated. Coordinate laptop upgrades and ensure the processing/liaison has the required phone/computer drops. Serve as POC for Divisions logistical support. Ensure delivery/receipt of all incoming and outgoing packages from a designated Package Delivery Service. Pick-up packages at the Delivery Service. Ensure office leave/meeting calendar us updated. Create calendars and email groups when necessary. Participate in monthly meetings and provide updates and progress on assigned accounts. Ensure meeting minutes are distributed.
Education



1. Requires a High School Diploma or GED. 


2. Associates Degree preferred.
