Job Description:

  1. Must possesses Active security clearance
  2. Current version is SAP E6 version. This will be upgraded to S/4 HANA. Overall experience and good working knowledge of SAP requirements.
  3. Federal Prison Industries working experience
  4. Utilize SAP to review for accuracy all customer orders put into the system daily, sales orders, request for purchase (RP), comparing customer purchase orders (PO), putting in RPs and POs at the request of the contracting officer. Request any changes/corrections to sales orders, RPs and POs will be done by the incumbent in SAP;
  5. Communicate with CLIENT Central Accounts Payable (CAP) and Central Accounts Receivable (CAR) staff to ensure invoices and payments are accurate.

 REQUIRED DETAILS:

  • 2 or more years of experience in SAP implementation work 
  • Experience in IT consulting 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Ability to commute up to 80% of the time 
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Mathematics, or a related field
