Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manages vendor tickets and tracking for third party software development projects
  • Learns functionality of “core system” and other software applications assigned
  • Facilitates application vendor support
  • Document and manages business process improvement
  • Interfaces with department leads to document change request for internal and external software projects
  • Provides on-going production support, troubleshooting, issue resolution and user training
  • Analysis and testing of software patches, reports, forms, interfaces
  • Gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements from end-users on their application needs
  • Performs simple application configurations and document setup changes
  • Performs data queries/extracts & ad hoc reporting (report writer and/or reporting tools)
  • Create reports using SQL Server, Oracle, and third party reporting tools including Quadbase Espress Report
  • Develops training materials and documentation for software services of responsibility and conduct training
  • Collaborates with other Business Analysts on projects, tasks, scheduling, patches/upgrades, etc.
  • Backup, and assist with, system administrator duties
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • Work on internal projects
