You orchestrate events programming in store, aligning with Apple’s programming vision. You operate all in- store technical equipment to support live events. You deliver excellent sound and visual production through EQ technical expertise. You have a deep understanding of all the video/sound systems in the store. You maintain and run the store/AV equipment and have the ability to troubleshoot in real time. You must be an internal ambassador of Today at Apple ensuring the rest of the team understands the strategy and day-to-day programming. You communicate professionally and effectively with guests to set clear expectations, achieve timely response, and ensure a positive experience. You build deep partnerships with the event leadership team, store leadership, and wider store team to ensure an effective and engaging events program. You are comfortable opening an event with a warm welcome and enthusiastically introducing the presenter or artist. You support the delivery of store programming with necessary presentation aspects
