Job Description

Primary Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Maestro360 and Evolution Medical Communications (EMC) agency leads to create a prioritized list of business analytics required to support their existing medical communications and meetings management services
  • Collaborate with account leads and strategy team to develop KPI metrics for current and proposed projects, summary reports and strategic alignment recommendations
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations to optimize data collection processes and methodologies
  • Partner with internal software developers to implement business intelligence solutions, including but not limited to 3rd party applications, excel reports/graphs, salesforce.com dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Gather, identify and interpret patterns and trends in data that will allow us to provide strategic insights and recommendations to our customers
  • Support the creation of EMC, Maestro360, and blulava's bi-annual Business Review presentations; provide support in gathering, analyzing, and presenting key learnings to internal business leads
  • Measure website and digital engagement data to track and optimize performance of communication development
  • Triage data requests, gather requirements and facilitate ad hoc report and data pulls with a quick turn-around utilizing our salesforce.com platform and other internal tools
  • Evaluate utilization trends across our 360Connex suite of tools, to identify opportunities to increase engagement
