Job Description

Robotic Process Automation (RPA):

  • Serve as the RPA COE technical interface with Organization IT
  • Review code for compliance and reuse and ensure code complies with RPA architectural standards
  • Responsible and accountable for maintaining the RPA Object Library
  • Supports automation opportunity identification and assessment activities
  • Lead problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects
  • Creates and maintains documentation to support role responsibilities for training, cross-training and disaster recovery
  • Serve as primary monitor of RPA control room to efficiently and effectively execute automations
  • Serve as final escalation point for automation execution and architectural issues
  • Monitor and maintain license utilization and subscriptions
  • Work with Organization IT change board and promotion process to promote automation code
  • Maintain/monitor RPA environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
  • Maintain RPA object library
  • Review and ensure automation runbooks are complete and maintained
