  • 6+ years of Identity & Access Management experience with at least 4 years in SailPoint design role
  • Experience in managing DEV and PLATFORM teams to provide committed platform uptime and meet SLA's
  • Experience in complete implementation of IAM platform in at least 4 environments
  • Strong experience in managing IAM Operations & Design for the complete IAM Platform - both hosting and corporate environments.
  • Expert in technical implementation of a centralized IAM program to improve access controls across information systems while ensuring alignment with existing security policies.
  • Strong hands-on experience Implementing (IAM) solution using leading products such as SailPoint or Oracle.
  • Must have experience deploying SailPoint IdentityIQ version 7.x on at least 2-3 mid to large size projects
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ integration with RACF and database based application tables
  • Must have experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ Lifecycle module
  • Extensive experience with bean shell scripting
  • Experience with HR automation process by integrating Workday with SailPoint IdentityIQ version 7.x
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ Role assignment and business rules
  • Experience with developing SailPoint IdentityIQ QuickLinks
  • Experience developing technical strategies, architectures, and roadmaps and implementation
  • Proven experience in architect and design solutions that integrate with new or existing IAM platforms including provisioning, de-provisioning and integration of applications for authentication
  • Experience in leading requirements, design, development, testing and implementation of scalable IAM solutions that meet business requirements, policies, and Information Security Standards
  • Develop the business, information, and technical artifacts that constitute the enterprise information security identity architecture and solutions
  • Experience in developing and deploying new connectors and robotics automation for business and technology applications
  • In depth understanding of capabilities and limitations of a wide range of technologies, platforms, architecture, methodologies; well-versed in current and emerging information security technologies
  • Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services architectures
  • Good knowledge of software development principles and design patterns
  • Experience with continuous integration using industry adopted tools and frameworks.
  • Strong hands-on experience in LDAP and directory services, Active Directory, OID, OUD, etc.
  • Experience with federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
  • Experience in upgrade and patch management process of the IAM platform
  • Experience building Connectors, workflows and UI Customizations
  • High level understanding of Agile Framework and Scrum Methodology and Principles to promote proper SDLC, client relations and self-management.
  • Must have strong SQL development skills to develop queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Experience with various operating systems such as Windows, UNIX, AIX, and Linux.
  • Knowledgeable of API s to include implementation, tasks, rules, routines, and object classes.
  • Ability to work with Global teams
  • Proven problem solving and organizational skills
