Description:
Should have overall 6-7 Years of Development/Production Support experience.
Should have minimum 5-6 Years of Workday Integration
Development and Support experience.
Should have strong understanding of equity compensation and related integrations.
Must have strong STUDIO integration experience and should be able to design, develop and test complex studio integrations independently.
Should have very good experience with Benefits Cloud Connectors, CCW, EIB, DT's,XML/ XSLT,PICOF, and Workday STUDIO custom integrations, Report Writer BIRT.
Should have knowledge of Business Process Configuration, Security, ISSG/ISU.
Should be able to create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
Define requirements and architect Workday Integrations to meet needs.
Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.
Work directly with client to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.
Ability to help clients resolve integration issues requiring a depth of expertise in the Workday solution
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
Track issues & risks and communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
Proficiency with web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML).
Experience on Middleware integrations with Workday Configuration will be preferred.
Understanding of HCM functional modules Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent, Performance, Payroll, etc will be preferred.
Ability to work at his/her own direction and balance competing priorities and customer needs
Understanding SDLC and Agile methodologies
