Our client is a leader in the financial services industry and looking for a Systems Monitoring Engineer to join their team. In this role you be over the implementation and support of the enterprise monitoring systems/services, performance dashboards, creating/updating the service catalog, working closely with the infrastructure teams to develop long-term strategies and partnering with other departments on associated projects/deployments. 


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with ITSM/ITOM Administration
  • 3+ years of experience in System Monitoring Applications
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft System Center Operations Center (MOM)
  • Experience in UNIX and Windows
  • Experience with SAN Storage and Networking concepts



Preferred:

  • High level ITSM experience
  • Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow, Client ServiceManager/SAW
  • Strong Scripting skills
  • Associated certifications
