Job Description
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Education:
Relevant courses (systems analysis, database systems, Java, web programming)

Required Experience:
5 years of experience with designing and implementing systems including any of the following: managing security, quality assurance, and training operations for large-scale complex computing systems, client/server, and web-based environments, large scale call management/trouble ticketing systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with security administration for related systems and applications (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle Workflow, etc.), and supporting mainframe systems.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices. Understanding of event-driven architectures. Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts. Knowledge of modern web design (CSS, HTML, etc), Javascript, Angular.js, and ServiceNow Service Portal.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
ServiceNow Chat, Digital Accessibility, Custom Application Development in ServiceNow, Github, other source code repos etc.
