Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • This role will perform:
    • Operational support and guidance to internal Enterprise Portal Developers
    • Daily EP system administration tasks
      • Daily system monitoring
      • Check Single Sign On and other functions
      • Analyze System trace and perform troubleshooting
    • Effective and efficient management of SAP EP System
      • Performance tuning and proactive recommendation
      • Support packages & test system installation
    • Guidance on new SAP Portal system related projects
  • Provide SAP Enterprise Portal Architecture design.
  • Support SAP BASIS tasks : SAP Enterprise Server installation, applying SAP JAVA patches and managing Oracle DB for Enterprise Portal system.
  • Work effectively with SAP EP application team members.
  • Provide documentation of SAP EP best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain multiple SAP EP Systems.
  • Provide second level operational support for portal environment.

  • Work closely with first level support teams to provide quality customer service.
