Responsibilities:
" Review documentation to understand testing requirements, test environments and objectives.
" Use standardized testing methods, tools and procedures to ensure testing is efficient, effective and comprehensive.
" Translate requirements into detailed test plans and test cases.
" Design and create test scripts to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for release.
" Execute manual and automated test cases and test scripts.
" Perform functional integration and regression testing.
" Work with users to support User Acceptance Testing.
" Advise Test Manager/Project Manager regarding overall quality of project and state of work.
" Communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers and management team.
Required Skills:
" 1 to 3 years of experience working as a QA Tester.
" Experience with SQL.
" Experience with SOAP UI.
" Experience creating test data.
" Experience with EDI transactions.
" Experience with ALM.
" Prior Healthcare experience.
" Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
" Ability to handle overlapping assignments and effectively prioritize work.
