Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree plus 8+ years of overall IT experience.

5+ experience as a software development tester (manual and automated).

2+ experience on an agile team.

Full understanding of entire life cycle of testing.

Hands-on experience with QA best practices.

Proficient in using automation tools – UFT preferred.

Experience developing test plans, test cases, and test data.

Ability to handle a fast-paced Agile software development environm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enable efficient testing of software by developing and maintaining a test automation framework using UFT.

Be responsible for the definition, implementation, and execution of the functional, regression, and acceptance test strategy on highly iterative and collaborative projects in an Agile environment.

Create and execute automated test scripts using HPE Unified Functional Testing (UFT).

Conduct UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system is aligned with the vision of the business teams.

Demonstrate excellent understanding of the way the organization works.

Formulate SQL queries validating reported issues and solutions.
